Getting to finished music is a victory. But the moment the files hit your inbox, a new set of questions begins. What distributor do you use? How do you register your ISRCs? What about your PRO, your publishing admin, your metadata? How do you actually get the song to people - not just upload it and hope?
Release Planning Support exists for exactly this moment. We’ve navigated this process many times across singles, EPs, and full-length albums, and we know how quickly the logistics can drain the excitement out of finishing something you’re proud of.
We help you build a real release plan - one that’s specific to your music, your timeline, and your goals - and then we help you execute it. Every step, from filing to pitching to posting.
What Release Planning Support includes
Depending on your needs and the package you choose, Release Planning Support can include:
A clear release timeline built around your specific project
Marketing strategy to give the release its best chance of reaching people
Guidance on choosing a distributor and navigating label options
Metadata preparation: ISRCs, credits, liner notes, and more
Uploading and submitting your release to distribution platforms
Royalty registration with your PRO and publishing administration (Songtrust, etc.)
Playlist pitching strategy, including direct-to-platform and independent submissions
Guidance on artwork and visual assets: Spotify Canvas, social content, and more
Facilitation of any remaining production needs: mixing, mastering, etc.
Guidance on physical merchandise if relevant: CDs, vinyl, etc.

Sessions can be in-person if you’re in the Cleveland area, or virtually via Zoom. We typically meet weekly through the release cycle, but the pace is driven by your timeline and what the release needs.
Packages
All packages include a free 30-minute introductory call to identify your needs before you commit to anything.
Foundation Package — $350 3 one-hour sessions covering release planning, distribution, and metadata essentials. A personalized release timeline and checklist. Email support. Access to the TERRA Songwriting Discord.
Comprehensive Package — $600 6 one-hour sessions, including all Foundation Package features. Additional focus on marketing strategy, playlist submissions, and royalty registrations. Assistance with digital and physical artwork. Review of press releases and social media content.
Full Service Package — $1,000 12 one-hour sessions throughout the full release cycle. Full-service support from planning through post-release analytics. Hands-on help with distribution, marketing assets, and audience engagement. Priority access to resources, templates, and personalized feedback.
