TERRA Mentors.
One-on-one support from working artists who’ve been where you are.
There’s a kind of support that can’t come from a package or a plan. It comes from a person — someone who’s toured, recorded, released, struggled, figured it out, and is willing to sit with you in the process.
That’s what TERRA Mentorship is. A working relationship between you and a mentor who brings their own hard-won experience to whatever you’re navigating. Not a curriculum. Not a checklist. A conversation, ongoing, tailored entirely to where you are and where you want to go.
Our mentors are working artists, producers, studio owners, and industry veterans — each with a distinct background and a distinct set of things they can offer. You choose who feels right. The engagement is built around your needs, not ours.
How it works
Every mentorship begins with a conversation. You reach out to a mentor whose background resonates with you, have an initial call to see if it’s a good fit, and go from there. Sessions are one-on-one and scheduled at whatever frequency makes sense for your situation.
Each mentor sets their own hourly rate, which you’ll find on their individual page. There’s no minimum commitment - though most mentorships find a rhythm of regular sessions over weeks or months, because that’s where the real growth happens.
